Titli is a social app for meeting new people and talking to them face to face. The Titli features fall into four simple groups: ways to meet someone, ways to hang out in a live room, ways to keep chatting in private, and extras that make the app more fun. Underneath all of them sit the same 18+ rules and the same safety tools.

If you are new, the short version is this. You open Match and tap to connect, or you browse people in Explore. You watch hosts go live or join an audio room. You message the people you get along with. For a step-by-step walk-through, read how Titli works.

Meet: Match, Explore and 1-on-1 video calls

Match is the home tab. You tap the "Tap to connect" button and Titli pairs you with an available member for a 1-on-1 video call. You can set interest filters so the conversation has a better chance of clicking. Match tickets give you a free match call for a limited number of seconds, and VIP members get daily tickets. Read more on our random video chat page.

Explore lets you browse people instead of leaving it to chance. You can start a call from Explore, from someone's profile, from a chat, from your call history or from the Celebrities tab.

Every call is a 1-on-1 video call with mic and camera controls on screen. Calls use coins and are billed per minute. You can end a call at any moment, and block or report anyone from their profile or chat.

Live: streams, audio rooms and guests

Live streams are where hosts go live on video and talk with everyone watching. Viewers chat in real time, send gifts, follow hosts they like and can ask to join on screen as a guest. A live can have up to 3 guests, and the host approves each one. You will find lives sorted into Popular, New, Following and Scheduled tabs. Hosts can plan a live in advance, keep it followers-only, and some lives have paid entry. More on our live streaming page.

Audio rooms are audio-only lives, like a party room with mic seats (8 by default). Hosts open the rooms. Everyone else can listen, or take a seat to speak, either openly or with the host's approval. No camera is needed, which makes audio chat rooms a relaxed way to join in.

Chat: private messages

When a call goes well, keep the conversation going in private messages. DMs support text, photos, voice notes and gifts, with read receipts and typing indicators, and incoming messages can be auto-translated into your language. When Titli turns on per-message charging for some accounts, messages cost coins; VIP membership can make them free while it is on.

Extras that round out the app

  • Virtual gifts: animated gifts bought with coins and sent in lives, video calls and chats.
  • VIP membership: an optional paid plan with a VIP badge, recent profile visitors, daily bonus coins, daily Match and Chat tickets, and free guest and seat joins in lives. Where per-message charging is switched on, VIP can also make messaging free.
  • Celebrities: a tab of profiles selected by the Titli team. Celebrities can offer subscriber-only posts, set their own message price and offer bookable Private Sessions.
  • Beauty camera: beauty sliders, face shaping and colour filters you can use on camera.
  • Posts feed: share posts, follow people and see who follows you.
  • Levels and rewards: levels grow as you use the app, and a daily bonus plus simple tasks reward coins. Inviting friends can bring referral rewards in coins, set by Titli.

Your language, from the first screen

Titli is available in 9 languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Urdu and Arabic. You pick one on the first screen after opening the app and can change it later in settings. Read more about Titli in Indian languages.

Safety is part of every feature

Safety is not a separate corner of the app. You can block or report anyone from their profile or chat, and manage your blocked accounts in one list. During video calls, still snapshots may be captured for safety review, and an on-screen indicator tells you when this is active. In lives, hosts can remove and block viewers, while Titli moderators can end a live and give strikes. Titli can also require a face check before someone goes live.

All of this follows our Community Guidelines. The full picture is in the Titli Safety Centre.

Pick a place to start

There is no right order. If you like surprises, start with Match. If you would rather watch first, open the live tab or sit in an audio room as a listener. If you already know someone on Titli, message them. Each feature page below goes deeper, with tips and honest answers about what each one costs in coins.

Frequently asked questions

Can I call someone directly instead of using Match?

What does VIP add?

VIP is optional. It includes a VIP badge, recent profile visitors, daily bonus coins, daily Match and Chat tickets, and free guest and seat joins in lives. Where per-message charging is switched on, VIP can also make messaging free.

Which languages does the app support?

English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Urdu and Arabic. You choose on the first screen and can switch later in settings.
