Need help with Titli? This page tells you the right place to go, so your message reaches the right people. Many common questions already have answers in our FAQ, so it is worth a quick look before you write.
Support: genzphilam@gmail.com
Write to genzphilam@gmail.com for anything to do with your account or using the app. That includes:
- trouble signing in with your phone number or Google account
- questions about coins, a purchase or VIP
- a feature that is not working as expected
- a user or incident you want to tell us more about
- deleting your account and its data
What to include in your email
A few details at the start save a lot of back and forth:
- The phone number or email address linked to your Titli account. Please send your email from that address if you can.
- Your Titli profile name.
- A short description of the problem, and when it happened (date and approximate time).
- Your phone model and Android version, if the problem is technical.
- For a coin purchase, the payment reference from your payment receipt.
- Screenshots, if they help explain the problem.
Please never send your OTP, your UPI PIN, card numbers or passwords. Titli support will never ask for them. If someone claiming to be from Titli asks for any of these, it is a scam.
Business, partnerships and press: genzphilam@gmail.com
For business enquiries, partnerships, media and press questions, or general questions about the company, write to genzphilam@gmail.com. Tell us who you are, which organisation you represent and what you have in mind. You can learn about the company on our about page.
Reporting a user: use the app first
If someone has broken our Community Guidelines, the quickest way to tell us is from inside the app. A report sent from the app is linked to the right account and the right conversation, which email cannot do.
- Open the person's profile or your chat with them.
- Tap Report and choose the reason, such as nudity, fake profile, harassment, spam or underage user.
- Submit the report, and block the person if you do not want any more contact.
You can still email genzphilam@gmail.com afterwards if you want to add more detail. Our Safety Centre explains what happens to reports and how moderation works.
Urgent help and emergencies
Titli support is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, please contact the authorities first.
- 112: India's emergency number, for immediate danger.
- 1930: the national cybercrime helpline, if you have lost money or are being blackmailed or threatened online.
- cybercrime.gov.in: the national portal for filing a cybercrime complaint.
Once you are safe, report the account in Titli and email us with the details so we can act on our side too.
Deleting your account
In the app, Settings, then Account, then Delete account deactivates your account and hides your profile immediately. To permanently erase all your data, email genzphilam@gmail.com from your registered phone number or email with the subject "Delete my Titli account". Deletion is completed within 30 days, except data the law requires us to keep, such as payment records. The delete account page has the details. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.

Before you write: quick answers
Many questions already have an answer on this site, and checking first can save you a wait:
- How coins, calls, gifts and VIP work: see the FAQ.
- How reporting, blocking and call moderation work: see the Safety Centre.
- What is and is not allowed on Titli: see the Community Guidelines.
- How to install the app or fix a download problem: see Download Titli.
If your question is still open after that, write to us and include as much detail as you can. A clear first email usually means fewer back-and-forth messages.
