Delete Your Account

You can delete your Titli account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, as described in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

Delete from the app

• Open the Titli app and log in
• Go to Settings → Account
• Tap Delete account and confirm

Delete by email

• Send an email to support@titli.app from the phone number or email address linked to your account
• Use the subject "Delete my account"
• We will verify the request and delete the account within 7 working days

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos, and account details
• Your chats and personal information linked to the account

What may be retained

• Records we must keep by law, such as payment and transaction records, for the period required by law
• Data needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, or complete a safety investigation or legal request
• Backup copies, which may persist for a limited time before being overwritten
