Titli questions, answered honestly

Titli is a social live video chat app, listed in the Social category on Google Play rather than Dating. You can meet new people on 1-on-1 video calls, watch live streams, sit in audio rooms and chat in private messages. Many adults use it for friendship, and some for flirting and video dating. Our Community Guidelines ban explicit content and harassment.

Titli is only for adults aged 18 and over (see our Terms). Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed when reported.

There is no iPhone app yet. Titli is available for Android phones on Google Play, and you can also use the web app at titliapp.com in your phone or computer browser. See the download page for how to install the Android app safely.

The app is available in English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Urdu and Arabic. You choose your language on the first screen and can change it later in settings.

Titli is free to download. Video calls use coins and are billed per minute. Gifts and some features also use coins. You can browse, watch lives and look around before spending anything.

Coins are Titli's in-app currency. You use them for video calls, virtual gifts and some premium features. You buy coins inside the app with UPI, cards or netbanking through secure payment gateways. Never send money to another user to "buy coins" from them.

VIP is an optional paid membership. It includes a VIP badge, recent profile visitors, daily bonus coins, daily Match and Chat tickets, and free guest and seat joins in lives. Where per-message charging is switched on, VIP can also make messaging free. The app shows the current benefits. Details are on the VIP membership page.

Match is the home tab. Tap "Tap to connect" and Titli pairs you with an available member for a 1-on-1 video call. You can set interest filters, and Match tickets give a free match call for a limited number of seconds. Read more about random video chat on Titli.

Hosts go live. By default, going live is open to female members and approved host accounts. Titli can change who may go live, require a face check first or set a minimum level. Anyone can watch, chat, send gifts and ask to join as a guest.

Yes, for some features. In audio rooms you can listen or take a mic seat with no camera at all, and private messages work without one too. Video calls and going live do need a camera.

No. You sign in with a phone number (OTP) or a Google account, so every account is linked to a real sign-in. You do choose what goes on your profile, and your phone number is not shown to the people you talk to.

During video calls, still snapshots may be captured and reviewed by moderation for safety. An on-screen indicator shows when this is active, and you agree to it at signup. Our Privacy Policy explains how snapshots are stored and deleted.

Titli has 18+ rules, report and block tools, call moderation, and live moderation by hosts and Titli moderators, who can end lives and give strikes. No app can guarantee safety, so please read the Safety Centre for tips too.

Open the person's profile or your chat with them, and choose Report or Block. Report reasons include nudity, fake profile, harassment, spam and underage user. You can manage blocked accounts in the app.

In the app, Settings, then Account, then Delete account deactivates your account and hides your profile immediately. To permanently erase all your data, email genzphilam@gmail.com from your registered phone number or email with the subject "Delete my Titli account". Deletion is completed within 30 days, except data the law requires us to keep, such as payment records. The delete account page has the details.
